Personal data processing policy

Version: 2026-10-25

1. Data operator

The operator of saulti.ru is individual entrepreneur Svetlana Vladimirovna Makunina, TIN 526099006849, OGRNIP 325527500125437, 603062, Russian Federation, Nizhny Novgorod, Gornaya Street, building 11, apartment 43. Questions and requests: hello@saulti.ru.

2. Purpose and legal grounds

We process enquiries to answer your question, clarify your requirements and discuss a possible project. The contact form uses your separate consent under Article 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. If a contract is concluded, processing necessary for its performance has a separate legal ground under Article 6(1)(5). This consent does not cover advertising.

3. Data and processing

The form collects your name, email and optional description of your task. We also record the enquiry time, retry identifier, consent receipt time, document versions and language. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, retrieval, use, transfer to the mail provider for delivery, correction, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated and manual means.

Connection data is processed to operate and protect the site. The application rate limiter uses a salted hash of the network address in memory; the address is not added to the enquiry database. We do not use the form for public disclosure or marketing. Do not include other people’s personal data, passwords, payment details or sensitive information.

4. Storage and mail delivery

The enquiry database and its backups are located in the Russian Federation. A copy of the enquiry is delivered to the operator’s hello@saulti.ru mailbox using corporate mail provided by Timeweb.Cloud LLC. Mailbox data is stored in Timeweb data centres in the Russian Federation. Delivery requires the name, email and task description to be processed by the mail provider. Authorised persons may access data only to handle the enquiry and maintain the system.

The website form does not send enquiries to AI services, advertising systems or Telegram. The Telegram link opens an external service; correspondence you start there is also subject to that service’s terms.

5. Retention and deletion

Enquiries are kept for no longer than 90 days after receipt and are deleted earlier if their purpose has been fulfilled and no other lawful ground applies. The rule covers the enquiry database, mail copies and backups. If a contract is concluded, correspondence needed to perform it or fulfil statutory obligations is processed separately for the applicable period.

On withdrawal of consent, we stop processing based on that consent and delete the data within the applicable statutory period, normally no later than 30 days unless another lawful ground applies. Backup handling must prevent deleted enquiries from being returned to active use.

6. Your rights and security

You may request access, correction, blocking or deletion, or withdraw consent by writing to hello@saulti.ru with the subject “Personal data”. State the email used for the enquiry so that we can identify it; we will request additional information only if needed to verify the request.

The operator restricts access, uses HTTPS and protected mail transport, and maintains procedures for backups, deletion and incident response. Requests and incidents are handled within the time limits established by Russian law.
