Consent to personal data processing

1. Operator and purpose

By actively selecting the separate checkbox, I freely consent to the processing of my personal data by individual entrepreneur Svetlana Vladimirovna Makunina, TIN 526099006849, OGRNIP 325527500125437, 603062, Russian Federation, Nizhny Novgorod, Gornaya Street, building 11, apartment 43. Contact: hello@saulti.ru. The purpose is to answer my enquiry, clarify my task and discuss a possible project.

2. Data and actions

The consent covers the name and email I enter, the personal data I choose to include in my task description, and records of the enquiry and consent: time, retry identifier, document versions and language. I do not provide other people’s personal data or sensitive information.

I consent to collection, recording, organisation, storage, retrieval, use, transfer to Timeweb corporate mail for delivery to hello@saulti.ru, correction, blocking, deletion and destruction using automated and manual means. The enquiry database and backups are located in the Russian Federation.

3. Duration and withdrawal

Consent applies until the purpose is fulfilled, withdrawal, or 90 days after receipt of the enquiry, whichever occurs first. It can be withdrawn by writing to hello@saulti.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. If another lawful ground applies, necessary processing may continue under that ground.

This is a separate consent to handling the enquiry. It does not authorise advertising, public disclosure or the use of the enquiry by AI services. The operator records receipt time and this document’s version.
